Carolyn Pierre-Outlar is a producer and screenwriter from New York City. Since its release in October 2017, her first project — digital comedy series “Rhonda Mitchell M.D.” — has been an official selection of The Big Apple Film Festival Web Series Expo, the 2018 Hip Hop Film Festival, and is still actively making festival rounds.
It has also been honored with a Peach Theater Award for Best Web Series of 2018. Carolyn is also a proud member of the New York Women in Film and Television and is also co-owner of Pierre Outlar Entertainment LLC, a multi-platform production company which she started with her husband, Jerome, in 2012. She earned an MFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University in 2016.

Vanessa McKnight started her work in film as a wardrobe stylist for independent films. After meeting and talking with young creatives looking for help with their projects, she and her husband/partner began vetting scripts and projects to promote positive images and varying voices in the African-American arts community.
To date, she has worked on numerous sizzle reels and produced the web series, “Rhonda Mitchell M.D.” and “The Miss Bomba Claudie Show.” She is currently working on a new digital web series and an Off-Broadway show. James McKnight began his involvement in acting as a teenager and resumed after attending medical school. After acting in independent features and shorts, he and his wife/partner began fielding requests to help young filmmakers. Subsequently they have produced sizzle reels and the web series,” Rhonda Mitchell M.D.” and “The Miss Bomba Claudie Show.” He is currently auditioning and working on a new digital web series and an Off-Broadway show.
Jerome Outlar has over 30 years of experience in hospitality, event planning and production. He has produced events for LIFEbeat, Azteca America, as well as several shows in NYC and Las Vegas. While working as a manager for popular soul food restaurant Amy Ruth’s in Harlem, he helped coordinate video and magazine shoots for various R&B and Hip Hop artists such as Ne-Yo, G-Unit, Lil Kim, and Kanye West.
He is an accomplished entrepreneur with skills which have resulted in a long history of successful partnerships and collaborations with numerous Fortune 500 corporations including; Time Out, Crain’s, Black Enterprise, Small Business Magazine, and Emmis Entertainment to name a few. He is one half of Pierre Outlar Entertainment LLC, a production company which he started alongside his wife, Carolyn Pierre-Outlar in 2012.
Steven Williams is an actor, writer and comedian. He first started performing in theater plays in 1998 and studied at HB Studios in New York City in the early 2000s. From 2005 to present, Steven has written various stage and screenplays, web series and television pilots. Steven Willliams is an associate producer and writer of the Jamaican comedy web series, “The Miss Bomba Claudie Show.”
